Refund and Return Policy

Discounted Items

Products purchased at a discount or during a sale are not eligible for refunds. Only items bought at the regular price may qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

We replace products only if they are damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our support team for instructions.

Gift Orders

If a product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive a store credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original buyer.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.

  • For expensive products, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
