Cancellation, Return & Warranty Policy

 

At rrinuv.com, we aim to deliver reliable products and a smooth shopping experience. If you face any issues with your purchase, this policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds, and warranties are handled.

1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse.

  • A minimum processing fee of ₹500 may be deducted from the refund to cover payment gateway or transaction charges.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method.

Cancellation After Shipment

If an order is cancelled after it has already been dispatched, the following deductions may apply:

  • Two-way shipping charges (shipping + return shipping)

  • Payment gateway or processing fees (if applicable)

The remaining balance will be refunded after the product is returned to our warehouse.


2. Return & Replacement Policy

3. 14-Day Return Window

You may request a return or replacement within 14 days of receiving the product if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • The product does not meet quality standards

  • The package is missing parts, accessories, or components

All return requests must be approved by our support team before shipping the item back.


4. Warranty Coverage

Warranty availability may vary depending on the product type and your location.

Covered Under Warranty

  • Up to 1 year warranty (depending on the warranty selected at checkout) for manufacturing defects in laptops or desktops

  • 6-month warranty on batteries and power adapters

  • 6-month warranty on MacBook devices

Not Covered Under Warranty

Warranty does not apply in cases such as:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Liquid damage

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Extended warranty plans apply only to manufacturing defects.


5. Repair & Resolution Timeline

Once a warranty claim is approved:

  • The issue may take up to 30 days to resolve.

  • The timeline may include technician inspection, pickup, repair, and return delivery.

If the product cannot be repaired within this period, rrinuv.com may provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds issued under warranty may include depreciation of 1% per month based on the product usage period.


6. Buyback Program

Customers may choose to return a product during the warranty period through our buyback option.

In such cases:

  • A minimum depreciation of 10%, or

  • 3% per month of usage (whichever is higher)

will be applied.

Additional deductions may apply if the product shows damage caused by customer use.


7. Return Requirements

To ensure your return request is approved, please follow these conditions:

  • The item must be returned in original condition with packaging, accessories, and tags.

  • The product must not show signs of damage caused by the customer.

  • Customers must remove all personal data from devices before returning them.
    rrinuv.com is not responsible for any lost or remaining data.

  • Returns due to change of mind (wrong model, color, etc.) may involve deductions.

  • The item must be securely packaged for shipping. We are not responsible for damage caused by poor packaging during return transit.


8. How to Request a Return

To start a return process:

  1. Visit the Contact Us page on rrinuv.com.

  2. Submit your return request with order details.

  3. Wait for authorization from our support team.

Important notes:

  • Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

  • Some products may require inspection by a technician before approval.

  • If the product fails our quality check, the return will be accepted without extra charges.

  • If the product passes inspection and no defect is found, deductions may apply.

For approved replacements, the new product will typically be shipped within 24–48 hours after the returned item reaches our warehouse.


9. Items Not Eligible for Return

Returns may be rejected if:

  • The product is not in original condition

  • Damage occurred due to misuse or improper handling

  • The product was customized or specially ordered

  • The device has clear customer-caused damage (excluding minor replaceable parts)


10. Refund Policy

If the Product Is Returned Before Delivery (RTO)

If a shipment returns to us before delivery:

  • Refunds are initiated within 24–48 hours after the item arrives at our warehouse.

  • The amount may reflect in your account within 14 business days.

  • Shipping or courier charges may be deducted unless the issue occurred due to logistics limitations.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders where the customer fails to accept delivery, the initial advance payment is non-refundable.


If the Product Was Delivered and Then Returned

Once the returned item reaches our warehouse:

  • Inspection usually takes 24–48 hours

  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

Refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method for prepaid orders

  • To bank details provided by the customer for COD orders


Deduction Rules

If the product is defective:

  • Only depreciation charges based on usage time may apply.

If the product is not defective:

  • Minimum 10% restocking fee or 3% per month depreciation (whichever is higher)

Additional charges may apply if customer-caused damage is identified.


11. Policy Updates

rrinuv.com may update or modify this policy at any time. Changes become effective immediately once published on our website. Customers are encouraged to review this page periodically.


12. Company Rights

rrinuv.com reserves the right to:

  • Decline returns that do not meet the stated policy requirements

  • Restrict returns or exchanges for accounts with excessive return activity

  • Determine eligibility for refunds, replacements, or returns based on product inspection

All decisions are made at the discretion of our support team.
